Yacht tender

A yacht tender is referred to by many terms such as inflatable rubber boat, rubber boat, rubber dinghy, inflatable dinghy, or just dinghy. They can be as small as 7 feet or as long as 14 feet.  If you are fortunate to own a mega yacht you can find even bigger tenders. They come in rigid hull inflatable boats and soft bottom inflatable boats.  You will find a yacht tender made from aluminum or fibreglass hulls, while soft bottoms have a fabric hull often with an inflatable or wood keel.

A yacht tender is famous for its lifesaving ability and they are used worldwide by rescue agencies on large vessels.  Today, rescue and military agencies use them, for many offshore and inshore applications. (particularly the rigid hull models).

Good tenders have a lightweight hull and are easy to drag onto a beach or lift onto a boat.  Known for their rugged hulls, they can be beached easily.  Most large vessels use a yacht tender to compliment their ship-like lines.  Check out our numerous vendors to select the right tender for you.
